Fixed price, always. Before any project starts, you receive a quote with a clear total price and exactly what's included. The price doesn't change unless you add new features or pages after we've agreed the scope.

For project work, we typically invoice 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. For monthly services (marketing, maintenance), we invoice at the start of each month. Payment is by bank transfer (Finnish bank account accepted).

No — ad spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.) is paid directly to the platform by you. Our fee covers the strategy, setup, management, and reporting. This means you always know exactly where your ad budget goes.

Yes. Our marketing retainers are month-to-month with 30 days notice. We don't believe in locking clients into long contracts — we keep your business by delivering results.

Any Android TV or Android media player works. We recommend the Strong SRT 41 media player, which is available in Finland and is affordable. You plug it into any TV via HDMI and it runs the FinnScreen Player app from Google Play.
